O of A NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
|
The Countdown Monday, July 26, 2010 - 23:07 Convention season is here and we couldn't be more thrilled. We Couldn't make it to San Diego this year and for that we are a bit dissapointed, but we will be in Chicago for Wizard World on August 19-22 as our banner above proudly shows. That weekend is rapidly approaching and I can honestly say, "I'm not ready yet!" So much to prepare. We are still trying to decide which O of A shirts we are going to have with us for you all to choose from. Kyle and Don have been overwhelmed with work and other aspects of life lately leaving me to worry about the final details of merchandising. All will fall into place though, of that I'm not the least concerned. Actually, I really like this part of our industry. Getting the booth ready and spending the weekend interacting with our old fans and new friends is what drives me. You guys are great! We still Don't have our booth assignment yet but I promise to post it right here as soon as I find out. Also I will send that info out directly for our facebook and twitter friends. This coming weekend should prove most ideal for preparing the handouts, designing the first official O of A contest, building some of the display, and printing some of the T-shirts we will be bringing. It will be a great busy time. I'll be posting again soon so keep your eyes peeled for the latest ! Donovan K. Click here to see older blogs and news |

Welcome to Objects of Amusement Sunday, March 1, 2009 - 03:22 Objects of Amusement follows the twisted adventures of the Industrial/Rock band known as the Gas House Gorillas. Originally formed in the summer of 2006, GHG chose their name as tribute to a classic animated baseball team after being told repeatedly that they were practically living cartoons. Their wild antics are now documented here for all to see. When the band isn't out touring they like to spend their time relaxing at the Feng Shui Cafe and the Stone Harbor Brewing Company among other places. Whether home or away, the Gas House Gorillas have devoted their lives to entertaining people (often times by accident) so join the adventure as it unfolds and check back often. Be sure to take a minute to sign up for an account with us if you like what you see here. Registered users will have access to cool content that the average public won't get to see. They are the Gas House Gorillas, and they are....Objects of Amusement. Click here to see older blogs and news |
